Please phone the absence and late line at any time if your child is going to be away from or late for school. 

In the message leave the following information:

  • student’s name
  • grade
  • teacher
  • time
  • reason they will be away or late

If we have not heard from you, then we must try and find the student’s whereabouts. The office staff will then phone you or your emergency contacts.

Regular and punctual attendance is foundational to student learning, academic achievement and long-term success. The CBE Administrative Regulation 6020 - Attendance of Students​ applies to all students, and outlines the responsibilities for students, parents and school staff.
